details.

SPOOKY HOLLOW FIELD DAY
We'll be doing some plant and animal surveys to help our ecologists with
their field work and to ultimately contribute to the management plan for
the property. We'll also be pulling some garlic mustard. It looks like some
neat plants are coming up in the clearings on the addition and it will be
interesting to see what people find. We've also had reports of a chat, Acadian
and hooded warbler and a red-headed woodpecker on the property. Hopefully
we'll have good sightings next Sunday as well. Lunch will be provided.
For those in the Hamilton area interested in carpooling, let's meet at 7:30 am at the Tim Horton's parking lot at Hwy 2 and 53 (beside the Egg and I). We'll be home before dinner.
Please let Jen Baker know if you would like to participate or if you have
any questions. Contact Jen at land@hamiltonnature.org
or (905) 524-3339

Jen Baker to arrange transfer (905) 524-3339.
